Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information we receive when you visit indicatme.com or use one of our products, and how we handle it. We keep this document short on purpose — we collect very little, and we want what we do collect to be easy to understand.
1. Who we are
Indikatmi LLC (“we”, “us”) is the company behind this website and the products listed on it. You can reach us any time at hello@indicatme.com.
2. Information we collect on this website
This website does not run user accounts. There are no marketing trackers, advertising pixels, or third-party social scripts. The only data the site itself produces are standard server access logs — IP address, request path, timestamp, user agent — which we keep for up to 30 days for security and operational diagnostics, and then delete.
If you email us, we receive your address and message and use that information only to reply to you.
3. Information from our products
Each product we ship has its own data practices, depending on what the product does. In summary:
- Non-custodial wallets (e.g., GonkaHub Wallet). Keys are generated and stored on your device. We never see, transmit, or have access to your seed phrase, private keys, or funds. We do not run accounts; nothing about you is linked to your wallet on our side.
- Consumer applications (e.g., NutriAI). To provide the service, we process the data you upload — profile information, files you choose to share. The specific data flows are described in each product’s in-app privacy notice on first launch.
- Business platforms operated for partners (e.g., Gonka Hub, Seevision, Logistics). These process operational data on behalf of the business that owns the platform. In those cases the business is the data controller and we act as a data processor under a written agreement.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
This website uses no marketing or analytics cookies. The only client-side storage we may set is strictly functional (for example, your preferred theme) and contains no personal data.
5. How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade information about you. We share information only when:
- it is necessary to operate a service you are using — for example, a hosting or email provider — and only with vendors who handle data under appropriate confidentiality terms;
- it is required by law or by an order from a competent authority;
- you have explicitly asked us to.
6. How long we keep information
- Server access logs — up to 30 days.
- Email correspondence — as long as needed to handle your request, and then archived for up to 24 months for reference.
- Product data — as defined in each product’s own privacy notice.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, or to receive a copy in a portable format. Send a request to hello@indicatme.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children
Our website and products are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect data we hold — encryption in transit, restricted access, and regular review of our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, so we strongly recommend you keep your credentials and device secure on your side as well.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. If a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will notify users in-product where it is reasonable to do so.
