These Terms describe the rules that apply when you visit indicatme.com or use any product or service Indikatmi LLC provides. By using the website or one of our products, you accept these Terms together with any product-specific terms presented in-product.
1. Who we are
Indikatmi LLC (“we”, “us”) is a software engineering studio. We build our own products and we build platforms for partners. Our public contact is hello@indicatme.com.
2. Use of the website
You may browse this website to learn about our work. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, access non-public areas, or scrape content at a rate that would degrade the service. We reserve the right to limit or block access to anyone who does so.
3. Use of our products
Each product has its own usage rules and end-user license, presented in-product. The general principles are:
- Self-custody software wallets are tools you control. You are solely responsible for safekeeping your seed phrase and your device, and for the actions you take. We cannot recover lost keys, and we cannot reverse a transaction you have signed.
- Consumer applications are provided for personal use. They are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, financial, legal, or otherwise); do not rely on them as such.
- Business platforms built for partners are governed by the contract between us and that partner. End users of those platforms are subject to whatever terms the partner publishes.
4. Intellectual property
The website’s content, design, and trademarks — including the “Indikatmi” name and logo — belong to Indikatmi LLC. Open-source components we publish are released under the licenses stated in their repositories (Apache-2.0 unless noted otherwise). Trademarks of partners or platforms we work with (e.g., “Gonka”) belong to their respective owners and are used with permission where required.
5. No financial, medical, or legal advice
Nothing on this website or in our products is financial, investment, legal, tax, or medical advice. Cryptocurrency and DeFi tools carry substantial risk of loss. Consumer AI features are aids, not professional consultations. Use your own judgement and consult qualified professionals when needed.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our website or products to:
- break the law or facilitate someone else doing so;
- attack, probe, or interfere with our infrastructure or other users;
- circumvent technical or contractual access controls;
- misrepresent yourself or your relationship to us.
7. Disclaimer
The website and our products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Indikatmi LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising from your use of the website or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or to fifty US dollars where you have not paid us anything.
9. Termination
You may stop using the website or any of our products at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or applicable law, or if continued provision is not feasible.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated where reasonable. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Indikatmi LLC is registered. Mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you reside continue to apply where they cannot be excluded by contract.
